What size pump for my house

how do i determine which pump i need 1/2 hp 3/4 hp 1hp?
looking for a Gould's shallow well pump and they have many different ones.It is for a single family 2br. home.
any help will be appreciated.

If your well can handle the volume, I would suggest the J10S so that you can a higher volume at a higher pressure.
