Pump for one spigot

I have a 23 foot well plus a five foot well point/strainer. My plan is to hook one spigot up to this well to supply water to one sprinkler via a garden hose. Was looking at your GT 10 pump. Is this too big of a pump for one sprinkler? I do not want it to pump more water than the well can provide.

You may want to consider the GT07 instead, but, if you chose the GT10, then you can always valve it back if you find it is over pumping the well.
