New well pump type

I had a well dug in near Sandpoint, Idaho. The well is 40 feet deep but has screening limiting the maximum depth a submersible pump can be lowered to 21 feet. The well contractor says the well produces 15 plus gallons per minute.

I lean towards a submersible pump with 220 volts. What do you recommend?

Dependent upon draw down, you could use a submersible, but, you will find that you will probably overload the pump motor because you don't have a lot of TDH requirements.
