Locke Well & Pump Company

Having trouble wiring my 1hp pool pump. There is a green (ground) white and black wire to connect to the pump. I see on all the forums that you connect 1 to l1 and the other to l2, my pump is different. I'll attach pictures. Where do I put the black and the white?

Black would go on number 1 and white would go on number 4.
