Low water shutoff

Do any Gould submersible pumps for wells turn off automatically when water level drops too low? If so, which ones? If not, do you have any suggestions? This is for a 120 ft. deep residential well.

I do not know of any pump that has a low water shutoff contained within the pump. You can use a pressure switch that will open if the output pressure drops below 10 PSI.
