Franklin control box

Is Franklin control box 2801084915 compatible with Gould submersible pump 10GS10412CL? Is it ok to use 1 inch pipe on that pump by using a reducer on the outlet?

Yes, you can use that control box on that pump. Yes, you can reduce the drop pipe size to 1".
