Difference between 2 wire and 3 wire

Two wire or three wire 4" submersible pumps. Whats the advantage and disadvantage here?

Three wire pumps require a control box that will contain your start relay and your start/run capacitors. Two wire pumps house the capacitors within the motor housing. If the capacitor goes bad on a two wire pump, then you have to pull the pump and replace the motor. If the capacitor fails on a three wire pump, you just replace the capacitor in the control box.
