Replace with an above ground pump

I have a water well about 80' deep. It produces a lot of sand. I have tried three different submersible pumps. I was wanting to know if a jet pump would be better for this well and what size should I buy or would another submersible pump be OK. Thank you for your advice and guidance.

Depending on the size of the well, you could use a convertible jet pump.
