Pump will not pump after winterizing

I took off the bell housing for the winter ( could not get bolt to drain area off)- Thought that I was careful in not "losing" anything---- No parts came off, and only the "venturi" tube on the bell housing was observed.

I put it back this spring, and cannot get it to "pump"!
Worked last fall--- pumping 5 feet from a pond, thru a foot valve--- Valve seems to be working, and I filled the intake pipe full of water.
Bladded tank set to 35 psi.

No apparent "air" leaks.
Is there any "connection" at the venturi point?
Any suggestions?

It would be best to call our office and talk to one of our technical reps. If the pump is being primed properly and you don't have an issue with your foot valve, then there should be no reason why the pump is not working, unless, there is an issue with the diffuser, impeller or diaphragm. There also could be an issue with your venturi and/or nozzle. Maybe some sort of obstruction?
