Chem Tech series 100 not pumping

I have a Chem Tech Pump series 100 model X030-XC-AAAAA01.I hear it running but it is not pumping anything. Do you suggest a rebuild kit or a new pump? What is the cost?Also, I lost the ball and spring to my anti-siphon injection valve on the end of the injection hose where it meets the water-line. Is it possible to replace the spring and ball or do I have to buy a whole new valve (approx $40)? What's the cost. Thank you

IS THE PUMP LEAKING ? IF NOT IT COULD BE THE VALVE SEATS ( 4 SEATS IN SYSTEM ) TOP & BOTTOM OF PUMP , FOOT VALVE AND INJECTION POINT. SPRING AND BALL ARE AVAILABLE

I have a chem tech pump 100. the pump turns on but its not pumping anything through. Any ideas?
