Pump not sucking from day tank

Currently my pump does not suck the fluid from the day tank and bring it to the bladder tank. I can hear the cycling on/off, but day tank level remains the same. Would this be an indication of the pump not working, or something else?

IF SOLUTION TANK IS NOT DROPPING PUMP IS NOT WORKING OR CHECK VALVE AT THE INJECTOR IS BAD AND LETTING SOLUTION BACK TO TANK
