Dependent upon the model injection pump you have, this could very well be the case. Chlorination pumps are sized based on how many gallons per day you want to inject into the system. It may be a case where the chlorination pump is over sized. You may want to contact your local expert to determine if this is the case. Unfortunately, we do not size chlorination pumps. Mainly because they are specific to the application in question.
