Pump not pulsating

I have a uni-dose series U pump, 120 volt. It's not working, when you plug it in, it pulses out once and when you unplug it, it pulses back in.

Also, checked the ohms meter read 89 and 95 degrees F.. manual said it should read between 78-87 ohms and 68 degrees F -- does this matter?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Sounds as if pulsar is bad. How old is the pump.? If its more than a few years old not worth fixing.
