ChemTech issue pumping

Postby lwparchive » Mon Nov 05, 2012 5:23 pm

I have an X030-XA-BAA9XXX. I suspect the guts of the pump are not working correctly. it pumps, but only pushes the solution about 8 inches up the discharge line. do you suggest a KOP kit or replacing the pump. the head on this pump has three openings...the discharge, degauss, and the intake. all the ones i see on your site have just two. also, if i replace the pump, what comes with it....does the back check valve (ejector) come with it?
thanks for your input.

COULD BE A BLOCKAGE PAST YOUR INJECTION POINT, BUILDING UP TO MUCH PRESSURE. PUMPS COME COMPLETE READY TO INSTALL WITH ALL COMPONENTS
