How to re-prime a GT Irrigator

I recently had an irri-gator self priming model GT installed. it seems to have lost its prime and I have been unsuccessful in re-primng . I have the instructions but am not sure what to do and I don't wish to damage the pump.

Would you please help me as to precise instructions to re-prime the pump?

You should be able to pour water down the discharge opening until the pump and suction line is full. Once this is done, you should have a primed pump.
