I am looking to replace a Gould pump at a camp. I think its a 1/2 horsepower jet pump with a shallow well adapter, probably thirty years old. Its mounted on a tank about four feet tall and two feet in diameter. I'd like to switch the pump off the tank, keep the tank, and put the new pump directly on the old tank.
Is this possible?
