Hi all. I have an adjustable Stenner pump 85 series that's no longer pumping. The head doesn't turn, but the motor is running and making a much higher pitched sound than normal. I ordered and installed the motor service kit, thinking that was the issue, but it still had the same problem after that. I removed the pump head and tried to run the motor, and it still made the noise, so I think it is either something with the gears or the feed rate control. Based on the advice from the Stenner videos, I reversed the wheel inside the feed rate control piece when I installed the motor service kit. Before I go replacing this thing piece by piece, is there any better steps for troubleshooting this issue?
Thanks in advance.
