Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Orders placed for build-to-order or items that have become out of stock will be contacted with an estimated ship date.
• Orders are shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or Freight Line
• Orders should be inspected by the customer upon receipt.
• Customer is responsible for any additonal shipping fees on international orders

Returns

• Returns must be scheduled within 5 days of receiving your order to receive an RMA.
• Returns must be made within 15 days from the order date.
• Return items must be in the original packaging, contain all contents, and retuned in the same condition.
• Return items are subject to a full inspection before credits are issued.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Returns for used or build-to-order items will not be accepted.
• Returns will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
• Warranty returns are subject to the manufacturers' approval.
